Dataflow keeps filling up drive for PowerBI Gateway

When running a particular dataflow through the OnPrem PowerBI Data gateway, it fills up the local drive and maxes out the CPU. Also spins up multiple instances of Microsoft Mashup Evaluation Container. Has anyone encountered this issue and know how to keep the drive from filling up? We've moved the spooler to a different drive and enabled steam data immediately. Any ideas?

We are going to try increasing the drive size in order to avoid these issues. We also adjusted the query to not bring in so much data.

Did you managed to solve this issue?

Increasing the CPU solved it?
I'm facing the same problem in my end.

Many Thanks,
