Dataflow in PowerBI Scheduled Refresh Issue

Hello Guys,

 

We have a problem in PowerBI Dataflow. Basically we want the refresh to be scheduled 2 AM UTC, that's 10AM MNL Time. But as you can see in the photo below, an unscheduled refresh after around 2 hours, 12PM is running. We don't know how to remove that or how can we see that other refresh.
