Dataflow creation : Unable to create connection using an organizational account, please check to see

Hi all,

i am trying to create a dataflow in pbi service. I would like to connect to csv file in the company sharepoint BUT I have this error " Unable to create connection using an organizational account, please check to see if the data source path is correct and that the data source supports using an organizational account. (Session ID: 79072c4d-e48f-4289-9d98-5933b1b53fb1, Region: europe)"

my process:

add >> dataflow>> define new table>> sharepointfolders>> then i copy my website URL with my company credentials but still, i have the same error.

And when i click on "switch account" the window does not open.

Any help please.

Your site url should look precisely like:

https://tenantNameHere.sharepoint.com/sites/siteNameHere

If it is longer than that, or is more deeply nested in a path than that, back it up to the root site URL like the format above.
