Dataflow create linked entity with gateway error "Unexpected Error"

Hi guys, I'm new to dataflow here.

 

I recently try to create a dataflow D1 to connect to datasource A1. Then I create another dataflow D2. In D2, I would like to add a linked entity (linked table).

 

When I select my gateway (company policy requires using gateway) and press Sign In, it returns a generic error "Unexpected Error". 

However, when I do not select a gateway, it successfully returns the list of available dataflows. I cannot use this due to my company requires all dataflows must have a gateway. So how do I fix this?

Hi @mpi_gov_vn ,

 

According to your description, your data source comes from local or cloud. Web. Content does not require a gateway to connect.
You can enter the credentials set in the activation "management gateway": allow the user's cloud data source to be refreshed through this gateway group. These cloud data sources do not need to be configured under this gateway group.
