Hi guys, I'm new to dataflow here.
I recently try to create a dataflow D1 to connect to datasource A1. Then I create another dataflow D2. In D2, I would like to add a linked entity (linked table).
When I select my gateway (company policy requires using gateway) and press Sign In, it returns a generic error "Unexpected Error".
However, when I do not select a gateway, it successfully returns the list of available dataflows. I cannot use this due to my company requires all dataflows must have a gateway. So how do I fix this?
Hi @mpi_gov_vn ,
According to your description, your data source comes from local or cloud. Web. Content does not require a gateway to connect.
You can enter the credentials set in the activation "management gateway": allow the user's cloud data source to be refreshed through this gateway group. These cloud data sources do not need to be configured under this gateway group.
Or you can check the simliar solution case:

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
