Dataflow and Report refreshes successfully, but Dataset encounters errors.

Hi All,   Here is the error that keeps popping up. Does anyone know what the issue might be?     Dataflow refresh - ok Report in Power BI Desktop - ok Dataset refresh - fails

According to research:the key not found exception is normally due to an out of sync schema, like the one on the server vs the one cached locally.

 

There are two solutions:

  • Power BI Desktop:

Click "Refresh Preview" for each query in Query Editor, then save and republish it to Power BI Service.

 

 

  • Power BI Service:

Retype all of the data source credentials in "Dataset Settings" on Power BI Service.
