Dataflow Will Not Connect to Odata Data Source - Failed to update data source credentials

I am trying to create a Dataflow that uses an OData call to Azure DevOps as its source.  After creating and saving the Dataflow, when I try to set the Data Source Credentials, I get an error, "Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the OData source are invalid"

I am using the same credentials on this screen as I was in the Dataflow creation screen.

The OData endpoint that is being called is https://analytics.dev.azure.com/<Organization>/_odata/v3.0-preview/WorkItemRevisions?

This is a Dataflow that is working in one tenant, but it is not working when trying to get it working in a second tenant.  The only difference between the flows is the Organization called in the URL and the account used for OAuth2 access.

I've tried exporting the Dataflow from one tenant to another as well as trying to manipulate the export .json to see if i could get it working that way.  All attempts resulted in the same outcome. I've also created a Dataflow using the https://analytics.dev.azure.com/<Organization>/_odata/v3.0-preview/WorkItems? endpoint and had no issue with the access credentials.  I tried using information from the export of this Dataflow to see if I could get the WorkItemRevisions flow working without success.

I'm all out of ideas here and would appreciate any help.
