Dataflow Refresh from On-Premise Gateway Works for All but One Entity - Error: AzureBlobs failed to

I have a dataflow with 11 entities. All of the entity datasources are connected to our local Microsoft Access database via the current version of the enterprise gateway. One particular entity will not refresh with error message as follows:

Error: AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'The request was aborted: The request was canceled.'. Request ID: e4bb5758-c1de-26dd-1cc6-57e2cd70d2f4 Activity ID: 6dadd65e-1ff4-48a0-842a-a2a96f2ff333

This is a query with appx. 25 columns and 319,000 records that runs in about 5 seconds via Access. When I limit the number of records to 125,000 the dataflow refreshes as expected.  The query is built from a table (order details) so I tested by connecting the dataflow entity directly to the table and I get the same refresh problem. This isn't much data as our entire database is less than a GB of data. 

Any idea what would cause this?

Update : I opened a support Ticket, and there was a problem in the network for my area.
Microsoft have alredy solved it.
