Dataflow Gen2 staging vs destination: why is data only accessible by creator or Lakehouse?

Thank you, this does explain how to move all the dataflows from Gen1 to Gen2. In my organization we already did that successfully. That said, I don't feel this explains the behaviour around staging access and destinations. I also couldn't find this covered in the other docs; I think there's a genuine gap in Microsoft's documentation on this topic.
