Dataflow Gen2 not writing to destination (data warehouse) on scheduled refresh.

I have a Dataflow Gen2 where the data destination is a Fabric Data Warehouse. It writes data when I manually refresh the dataflow, but when I set a nightly scheduled refresh it does not. The scheduled refresh is successful but nothing is written to the destination table.

As you can see in the screenshots below, # 3 was 'On Demand' and worked fine. #2 was scheduled and no records were written.
