Dataflow Error: Failed to analyze issues in the query
I am getting this error (Failed to analyze issues in the query) whilst saving a dataflow, it used to work fine but because it was becomming very slow, therefore I took out some tables and created a new dataflow with them, and called them from the original dataflow as linked tables, now the dataflow refuses to save throwing this error.
I have tried turning on the enhanced computing engine for the dataflow, and also I have changed the workspace to large semantic model. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
As per my understanding if you go through the steps below will help you in resolving the issue:- Manually refresh linked tables in Manage Connections to verify they load correctly. If any linked tables fail, reload them in their original dataflows first.
- Use Query Dependencies in Power Query to detect any broken or circular references.
- Minimize the use of computed tables that rely on linked tables and avoid creating excessive dependencies between dataflows.
- Disable all queries except one, attempt to save, and then re-enable them one by one to identify the problematic query.
- Apply filters to large tables to reduce data volume and test saving again to check if size is the issue.
- Copy queries individually into a new dataflow to isolate and pinpoint the cause of the error.
