Data turns to 0 after schedule refresh

Hello experts.. I have issue on my data after i started the schedule refresh.. before schedule it, there was a value but after the schedule refresh even though the status is completed, the value turns to 0.
 
Have anyone encounter this issue? really need help from you guys.. thank you

    Hi Anonymous 

    Are they boolean values which are showing as 0 after thr refresh?

      No, they are actually whole number. You can refer to below pic for reference.

       

       

      I have no clue why this is happening at my card display & also gauge chart. Really hope you can help 😞
