Data source credentials hangs - Gateway not recognised
- 9 years agowe solved the problem, after many attempts (the dataset now have only one datasource). We uninstalled both gateways, on test and prod servers, then installed the gateway only on the prod server, which is what we are concerned about, and this gateway was properly recognized and worked properly. For now, that's what we needed to get reports into production
Where can I see the actual version of the gateway ? (but we have installed several times the gateway in the last days..)
Open the On-premises data Gateway, you will see in the status page. If your gateway is OK, you should check your credentials. Maybe you can check it in the local machine first.

verified on the second server, the version is ok but the Gateway is always not recognised.
It is obvious that there are many bugs, I hope that Microsoft can solve as soon as possible (and we do not have response to the ticket afer 10 days...)

Hello,
We can see from your posted pictures, the connection is good. Did you check this situation? Maybe there was some change of your dataset. The situation is: if your dataset has many sources, every source should have a Data Source in the Gateway including files and online sources. Let's just have a try.
Best Regards
