Current power bi not support to use MFA connect to sharepoint. You can refer to below link to know more about this.

Based on that,
I moved all my data sources from sharepoint to a shared drive that can be accessed by all the stakeholders.
And it works now my dashboard is always up to date w,o refreshing issue.
Hope PowerBi team is working to find a solution with this MFA issue.

Actually, this feature is by design, but I haven't heard any detailed ETA plan.
