Data soucre credentials lost when dataset owner changes

When other admin "take over" your dataset, he will inevitably need to reset the configuration settings including credentials or scheduled refresh, and so on.
It is the same not only in an pipeline deployment environment, but also in an ordinary workspace. At present, I have not found an effective solution, although it does bring a lot of troublesome operations.Related ideas :

Thx for the Dev Camp session link. I think, this is too deep for me so far. Currently we only use the frontend clients for publishing and updating reports.
