Hi there, just to confirm that when you publish the same report with the same data sources, using the same gateway to a different app workspace it refreshes really quickly?

Just trying to understand why.

Yes, that's correct.  When I publish the same report with the same data sources, using the same gateway to a different app workspace it refreshes really quickly.

    Ok, are there a lot of people accessing the reports and dashboards in the App Workspace that is taking a long time to refresh?

      There are only these two reports in the workspace.  Each report has at most 30 views per day from less than 10 unique viewers.

        Ok thanks, I was trying to understand what was different. But it appears that nothing is different. The only suggestion is to log a support call with Microsoft.
