Data refreshe fails

Our company has many power bi reports on the pbi service. I have a couple of reports with 33,000 rows that keep failing sometimes. No error is shown and a blank screen appears. 80-90% of the time it refreshes successfully, I need it to refresh 100% of the time as my directors view the report. Possible reasons can be complex sql used, using pro licenses instead of premium. Our data comes from a oracle database and a gateway is connected to connect to the database form pbi service.

      Can you check what status/ message you see in the refresh history when report didnt bring any data ? Can you pls post a snapshot of that ?

      ok i did check just now but it says completed for them all and there is nothing under messages for all past refreshes, I think it always says completed with no message even when no data returns from the database. But I will need to wait till then to confirm this.
