Data refresh is not working - Scheduled refresh has been disabled.

I have 2 data sources:

1) Snowflake (Cloud) 

• Credential provided 
• Having 4 Tables (A,B,C,D)
• A & B are standalone dataset (Although with some relationships) - Working Just fine
• C & D are datasets joined with Excel tables X & Y respectively - Working fine except that when I click on refresh in Power BI Desktop, it just keeps loading  
• Data source privacy set to Private

2) Excel Files from One Drive

• 2 Tables (X, Y)
• Data Source Privacy set to 'None' 

After publishing, the schduled refresh returns below error and I am Workspace owner

The error message shows that your data source is missing a credential.

Please go to the dataset setting, check your data source credentials.
