Data refresh is failing with Invalid connection error

I  am getting Invalid connection error in Power BI Service while trying to resfresh my data set below are configuration not sure why 

Data credentials says access granted  ( Admin has granted access , credentials are not required)

Data source is SQL Server 2016 few tables.

I have on premesis gateway which is online , Data refresh from Power BI desktop work but from Power BI service it fails.

    Anonymous My guess is a permissions issue, but you could check the gateway log files specifically. There are usually better errors in the logs.

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    For "Data credentials says access granted", did you mean the data source was connected successfully when you add data source to gateway?

     

    What is the error message? Can any other dataset refresh successfully via the same gateway? What is the result after restarting your data gateway service?

      Hi Yuliana,

      Yes Gateway is online and test connection works  fine under Gateway cluster settings. it Data Source setting its also says connection successful

      All datasets under this gateway are failing. Below is the error message
