Data refresh in FREE Power BI

Hi there.

On the page https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ there is the following line:

..refering to free Power BI.  I'm aware that if you connect to a data source on One Drive, for example an Excel workbook, that the refesh will happen about every hour.

Please can you tell what other data sources this Daily scheduled refresh refers to. Or under what circumstances it would work.

@peterscully From my perspective it would be those data sources that are on-premise that do not require a gateway, but do require you to schedule a refresh. There are many different scenerio's for refresh, the best resource I've found that describes the scenerio's is this page
