I have added a file into a OneDrive folder, then created a report using PBI Service. However, the report doesn't refresh from the file. It looks like it is refreshing but gives a red triangle with the error:

HI @botty1963 ,
Have you tried refreshing again? Sometimes there are temporary transient errors. If it continues to not refresh, does the OneDrive location have a different userid/password than what you are using? Or, does the file itself have a password on it?
I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi, no I have refreshed many times and always the same.
Hi @botty1963,
What type of data are you stored in that file? Did these records direct stored in that file or use the data connector that linked to the external data sources? If you mean the second one, it may cause the issue when power bi tries to trigger the internal data connector and refresh.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
