Data mart model view can't build relationship between tables

I have several objects pulled into a data mart and I want to model. So I went into model view and dragged one column from one table onto another. And it just freezes the screen on this Power BI logo. I've repeated the error multiple times and have left it to see if it ever finishes, for up to 45 minutes, and no change. I'm using Microsoft Edge, and my organization has a Premium capacity. Is there another way to build relationships other than dragging and dropping? I don't see a manage relationships button like in the desktop editor.
