Data labels not showing on dashboard tiles

My report has data lables on visuals but these labels do not show on the dashboard I created. Also, the theme I imported on the desktop shows in the report in Power BI pro, but not the dashboard.

Can you please share more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario?

Current tiles and dashboard not support any customize styles, I'd like to suggest you use 'pin live page' feature to pin report to dashboard with current style.

I have 5 or 6 horizontal bar charts from various reports in the dashboard. All of them have data labels in the reports but only two of them have data labels in the dashboard. One report with 3 horizontal charts only shows labels for one of them in the dashboard so it is not report-specific.
