Hey,
I have been getting the following error message from a user for days:
The data for this visualization could not be retrieved. Please try again later.
However, the problem only occurs for one user and the problem cannot be rectified. An RLS is active but even when I test this I do not get the error message.
I have already tried to completely reset the visaul and redo the whole page but that didn't help.
It only happens when a certain filter is set.
The problem Visaul is a matrix. But on other pages the matrix works with the same filter settings.
Do you have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Hi @PA_DA The issue might be from RLS restricting data could you try these
Verify the user's RLS role grants access to necessary data.
Check if the filter excludes data visible to the user due to RLS.
Ensure measures or columns don't rely on restricted data.
Test without RLS in a cloned report to isolate the problem.
