Data flow gateway not configured correctly
Hey Anonymous ,
what is listed here are the data sources that are sourcing the data for the dataset.
Check the Power BI Desktop file if the data source is still listed, even if it's not used in any query. If so, just delete the data source and re-publish the report once again to the workspace. If the data source is still used, then of course you have to solve this one way or the other.
And of course, you should check if the data source is still used inside the gateway configuration, it's a good practice to delete the data source string from the gateway configuration if it's not longer required.
Regards.

Hi TomMartens ,
Thanks for your anwer!
I checked the lineage view for which reports are using the dataflow, and the data source is not listed in the .Pbix's that are using the data flow.
I already deleted the data source in the gateway.
So, I can't find any reference of this data source anywhere. Any idea's?

Hey Anonymous,
what the dialog is showing are the data sources of a specific dataset. Basically this dataset is "published" by a report using Power BI Desktop, the pbix has the same name as the dataset.
If this pbix does not point to the data source in question, you might have to delete the dataset inside the workspace. Deleting a dataset also deletes the corresponding report. This means you have to make sure that you have the "most current" pbix.
After deleting the dataset, publish the report to the workspace, and everything should be find.

Hi TomMartens,
Deleted the dataset (with the report). Checked in the .Pbix that the 'wrong' data source wasn't listed. Uploaded the .Pbix again... but unfortunately still the wrong status. 😖
