Data discrepancy between PowerBI Service and PowerBI Desktop Refresh

I have a report which been running for ages in PowerBI Service with no issues. However last week, the data that was refresh in Power BI Service seems to be incorrect compared to the exact report refreshed from Power BI Desktop. I've also tested refreshing them exactly at the same time and rendered the same issue.

The Power BI Desktop show identical data from the data source(validated from SQL Server) but not the Power BI Service.

Anyone else encountered the same issue?

    Hi PowerBIFin ,

    If you have the same configuration and data source, the data should all be the same. Please check your configurations and data source.

    Hi PowerBIFin 

    You said "running for ages..." Check the size of the dataset in service, it should not go over 1gb if the dataset is in a shared capacity WS. The WS itself can't hold datasets with total size of 10 gb.
