Data Updated in Dashboard

I sent a dashboard to my manager.  The Dashboard is using a dataset with Azure SQL data direct query. 

He wants to have the most updated data every he opens the dashboard.  He doesn't want to click the 'refresh' button.  Can we do it in Power BI?
