Data Sync by Date is Off after Refresh
Hi,
It's saying North Central US (Illinois). But if this is the case, why would some dates be correct but others be off?
Are you also suggesting that I should set my sync times to line up with Illinois?
Mark
No but you can adjust the time zone here
Just out of curiosity, why using Illinois storage while you are in Australia? are you in free license?

So that is how I've got things set up - we refresh based on Sydney time, while our Global Service Account is managed out of the US (where head office is).
So given I already have this set up in place, what else could be causing some days to refresh out of sync?

Do the test then keep troubleshooting if necessary

I'm not quite following. I've already shown that I'm set up to refresh in Sydney, but that for some of the most recent dates, the data is out of sync with the database, but then it resolves itself towards the end of my incremental refresh.
What are you suggesting I try?
