Hello Everyone,

In Power Bi Service, the data stored location is showing in URL instead of location name. How do I find the location name for eg West US (California)?

Hi. I'm not sure what you are asking here. The maximum details from PowerBi Storage is that one. West US California. They won't show more details about the storage.

Thanks for replying. Below is the dialogue box which im getting in Power BI Service when i went through 'About Power BI' option.

Service Version 13.0.######
Client Version 23########-train
Activity Id cb8ae46f-45d6-4556-bbaa-###########
App Instance Id t183p
Tenant Url https://app.powerbi.com/home?ctid=592ed120-3b68-493e-####-#########
Data Location 592ed1203b68493eb204e##########-api.analysis.windows.net

In one example from the internet I got this data location as location Name i.e for eg. "West US (California)", "SouthEast Asia (Singapore)", etc.

So, I wanted to know the location name instead of URL for my account.
