Data Source Refreshed but data not updated (PowerBI Service)

Hi all,

May need your help in solving an issue i am facing right now.

I have a PowerBI report that are linked into our server mysql database and are published into Power BI service .  The data gateway also have been created and are working for my other reports that are using SQL Server database.

The issue is right now in the power bi web service i can refresh with no error but the data is not actually updated compared to data in PowerBI desktop or database .

Yeah i think thats the issue. It is not showing the latest data even manually clicking refresh.

After refresh cleaning cache actually shows me the latest data.

Hi. That's very weird. If the Dataset has refreshed succesfully at Power Bi Service, the data should be there. Please refresh your browser with Shift+F5 to refresh cleaning the cache. The Power Bi Reports can be showing an old version because of the browser cache.

Of course make sure you don't have a filter at the report preventing you to see the new data income.
