Data Source Error when connecting to Redshift database

Has anyone dealt successfully with this error when trying to refresh Redshift data from the service? I am able to refresh the same .pbixs successfully using the desktop application.

"Data source error The session was cancelled because it is connected to a database that is being evicted."

Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.

@GilbertQ  Thanks for your response. I believe that's the case because we are migrating some databases. We use the native connector.

Hi there

That error would indicate that there is a database move when you are querying the database?

Also are you using the native connector or ODBC?
