I receive the following error when importing data using the Zendesk content pack for PowerBI web:
We couldn't import data from Zendesk
An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.

Not really sure what could be going on with this. The Power BI support home page says that Power BI is running smoothly. I also used Power BI desktop today to import data from Zendesk without issues. Any help is appreciated.
I am getting the same error and I am an admin on Zendesk. I guess no word from Microsoft yet?
I have been corresponding with their support team via email and they've been giving me instructions for tests to help identify the issue. Still no resolution, but they are working on it.
Still no resolution. Will update once I have more info.

I'm having a similar problem with getting data from Zendesk as of yesterday and today. Below is a screenshot of the error I'm seeing:
I've tried both Chrome and Edge, and when trying to import data it fails after about 30 seconds and this error screen pops up. Hoping they resolve this issue soon!
I am getting the same error. Is there a solution for this issue?

Bump. This is still an issue for me. I've also submitted a support ticket to microsoft. Will report back findings.
