Data Source Error - The credentials provided for the Web source are invalid

Please refer to the screnshots below. My Power BI service has been having this refresh issue since yesterday (5/9 12AM) and I initially thought it was a transient issue. Any help would be appreciated...

Hi GilbertQ ,

 

I'm not sure if Postman is approved for use by my company, would you be able to explain what it is and what it does? Thank you and I really appreciate your help.

It allows you to test out your API calls and see how it works and if something is going wrong how to troubleshoot and fix any issues.
