Data Refresh on Service keeps spinning - sometimes errors, sometimes doesn't

I don't have an answer, but I'm having this issue as well. Latest gateway has been installed. I run the refresh in desktop to pinpoint the exact query causing the issue. Query runs fine in SSMS (10 seconds) gets stuck on 'Evaulating' in desktop and I assume the same in service.
