Data Refresh Errors after 1 am Last Night

All,

 

We have approximately 6 dashboard in production on scheduled refresh. They have worked for the past couple of months.

Two dashboards refreshed before 1 am perfectly; however, the other dashboards failed refresh later this morning. The two that worked earlier now have errors when currently refreshing.

 

Is anyone else experiencing errors with refreshing their data?

    We are referencing an Excel document that is housed in a SharePoint folder. 

    Is anyone else having errors with SharePoint refreshes?

    Hi Bhartman30,

     

    From the error message "The input couldn't be recognized as a valid Excel document", it seems that the issue is related to SharePoint folder files. Please check if anyone modify the Excel Files in this SharePoint folder. Also you can use Fiddler to trace http traffic when you click Refresh Now button for the dataset.
