I am facing a issue in Power BI. Like when I am trying to refresh the data in schedule or refresh it through the web. It's not working and was showing a Error (GIVEN BELOW). But, It's working manually. I don't know what is the exact Issue. Also, I have tried to install npgsql to fix this. But, I don't know the exact installation process. Can anyone help me?
