Data Refresh - Data not accurate to source data

Hi everyone,

I've created a dashboard that uses a cube from analysis services and an exchange connection to an email account. The dashboard works perfectly on the desktop version and when I upload it to powerbi browser it sits okay until the data refreshes. Once the data refreshes I suddenly have the 12th of every month missing and the data that does exist doesn't match across the board. This only applies to data that comes from the cube.

All I do is refersh the data and everything breaks. There are no errors on the refresh so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any help would be fantastic.

can you please try to create a sample report with the cube and drag few visuals and save the report and publish it.

Try to refresh the report in Power BI Service and observe the data discrepency.

If still the issue is persists, please try to download the PBIX file from the Service and open it in Power BI Desktop.

check for the data in Power BI Desktop and Service, if the issue os persists. Please share the screenshots of Desktop and Service.

Note:- I would like to sugest you to raise a support ticket for the issue to investigate.

If this is happening on a schedule I would assume that there is some process within the data refreshing from the source that is causing this to happen?
