At our company we use a shared data model system. We have one Master Data Model (MDM) which we then use to build reports from via Direct Query connection. We recently noticed that after a change to the model had been published and the model refreshed in the server, none of the reports connected were showing that change on the visual side of things. We have never encountered this issue/bug before. Does anyone know why this could be happening.

Please try to republish the report to the Power BI Service.

We have tried about 10 times.
Open the reports in Power Query and check out the steps. It should identify the problem if there's any
