    mike9999 I personally am very nervous that datamarts have not been moved to GA from preview. They have been ready for such a move for a while now. However, now with Fabric, datamarts seem to be in limbo. I am concerned that Microsoft has not taken them out of Preview because they are planning to simply never release the functionality and instead use data warehouses in Fabric. It's extremely concerning to me because I can't fathom why their GA has been this delayed. They have been stuck in preview for almost 1.5 years now. That's not a good sign, especially with Microsoft's change in direction to Fabric. It's possible that Microsoft deprecates Datamarts and they could justify it that it was never a GA/product feature.

We tried. But, I think it is not good. At least, at this time it is unsuitable. Our experienece:

 

1. Loading time is very slow when we have big data. Everything is okay with the sample data.

2. When an error is found, very hard to fix : Don't know it is come from where ? no error message

3. The best solution is delete datamart and make a new one when trying to fix something
