Data Gateway (personal mode) on a different PC

Hi,

 

Is it possible to install a data gateway (personal mode) on a different computer than on the computer from which the report was published?

 

Example: Report published from my laptop (my acc), The gateway is installed on the server and running under my account.

 

The normal gateway does not work if I Merge/Append two data sources (Web.Contents).

    reichelt,

    It is possible to install personal mode data gateway on a different computer than on the computer from which the report was published.

    Just make sure that you are able to access the data source from the computer that you install personal mode data gateway.
