    Hi smishra99acres ,

This just means you downloaded the gateway, but you need to configure the gateway in power bi service to use it, and there are tutorials in the article provided.

    1. Download and install the gateway software on a computer that has access to the data source you want to connect to.
    2. Sign in to the Power BI service and go to the "Manage gateways" page.
    3. Click "Add gateway" and follow the prompts to configure the gateway.
    4. After the gateway is configured, you can add data sources to the gateway by clicking "Add data source" on the "Manage gateways" page.
    5. Select the type of data source you want to add and follow the prompts to configure the connection.
    6. Once the data source is added, you can use it in your Power BI reports and dashboards.

Make sure to follow the instructions carefully and ensure that the gateway is installed and configured correctly to avoid any issues with connecting to your data source.
