Data Gateway and MFA

Hello,

I have several reports that access data directly from my SSAS server through a Data Gateway.  I have one user who we enabled MFA for and now they are the only user who cannot access any of the reports.  When they try to access them, they get the error "Couldn't load the data for this visual".  Is MFA not supported using the Data Gateway and Direct Queries?

Hi there

As far as I am aware currently MFA is not supported with DirectQuery sources. I think it only works with Single Sign On (SSO)
