Data Gateway Refresh Issue - Blanks in the time series Chart!!

Hi All,

I have connected my data sourcse to data gateway. When I refresh the datasource in the service, there is not any failure. Refreshing is successful. However, when I return to the report there are changes in the trend. 

When refreshed in service

When the same report is refreshed from the desktop, it works perfectly.

when refreshed in desktop, works perfectly

why is this happening, can anlyone help??

This was resolved after updating to the latest Gateway version.

Hi there,

Can you confirm that you have no filters on your report?

If possible to click on the Reset to Default and see if that resolves the issue?

No there are no filters which is restricting the date..

The Column/Line Values fields applied on line and clustered column chart are from the table fields or measures? If they are measures, could you please provide some sample data and the formulas of the used measures? 

In addition, please check if you have the similar scenario with the below one:
