Data Gateway Installation Failure

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to install on-premises data gateway (personal mode) on Windows Server 2016. OS edition is Windows Server 2016 Standard and the version is 1607. The installed version of .NET Framework is 4.8 

 

However, I'm unable to install data gateway. Here is the failure message:

 

The on-premises data gateway (personal mode) installation has failed.

The .NET Framework on this machine needs to be a newer version before installation or upgrade can continue. Please upgrade to the latest available .NET version. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2101321

 

Can you please help me? GilbertQ

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Have you tried to reinstall the. Net framework?

    Unfortunately, I can't reproduce your problem. If it doesn't succeed after reinstallation, it is suggested you create a support ticket for further help.
