Data Flow stuck cancelling

Hello,

I am trying to cancel a dataflow, but no joy.  Its been going for over 3 hours now.  I have seen a post about using an API, but at the moment, I dont have time to learn that. Can MS please fix this?

It happens too often.

Hi @Drunken_Sailor ,

If you have a stuck dataflow and you need Microsoft help you can put in a support ticket here: Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric

If you don't know how to use API then that is probably the best route.  I have seen other solutions where, if the workspace is in premium you can move it to pro, then cancel, then move the workspace back.  I don't know that I personally think that is a great solution because of potential unintended consequences (but, apparently it works).

Hi @Drunken_Sailor

@collinq Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

Deleting a data stream You do not need to think about the API. If you no longer need the data stream, you can try deleting it manually.

Navigate to the workspace, locate the data flow, select the ellipsis next to its name, and then select Delete. confirm the deletion to delete the data flow.
