Have a report that pulls data into a dashboard from a semantic model that refreshes daily. It will typically show data from the last three calendar days, and we control that with a date filter slicer. The semantic model refreshed as normal on 9/3, but the date filter shows 9/2 as greyed out and not able to select it. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Many thanks in advance!

Thanks for your reply! I'm not sure what fixed it, but the refresh for 9/4 had data that popped in for 9/2, and then there was data for 9/3. Still not sure what happened, but it's functioning for now.

Hi @Takeo,
That sounds like it doesn't have data for 9/2.
Can you explore the data in the model and verify if the model has updated data? You can do this by clicking on the semantic model in Fabric, and then clicking the explore tab at the top:

Hi @Takeo,
Glad it's working now. Perhaps there was missing data on the datasource that has now been loaded?
Hi @Takeo
Is data from 9/2 present in the report?
Check the table view and make sure.
You may need to provide more information if that's not the issue.
Sample data, screenshot of slicer and filter applied etc.
I hope this helps, please mark as solved if it does!
kudos always welcome .
