Data Differences in Premium vs. Non-Premium Workspaces

Hi, our business is publishing a report from PBI Desktop to a dedicated Premium capacity workspace and have noticed some differences in the data between Desktop and Service. Interestingly, when we publish the same report to a non-premium capacity workspace the data remains the same as in the Desktop version of the report. I have checked and no filters cached/anything selected etc. Has anyone come across a data difference in Premium vs. non-Premium workspaces before? Check your refresh history.  You will find that in a Premium Capacity an additional dataset refresh is initiated when you update the pbix file to the workspace.  That might throw off your numbers.

Thanks for your reply - the data in this report is being imported via flat csv. file/typed in manually in Power Query Editor, there is no dataset refresh that could occur as part of the upload so not sure how this could be affecting the results.

Is the percentage computation depending on a timestamp?

No, we've investigated the DAX behind the measure (unfortunately unable to share the data/logic as client data) and there's no time dependency.

I've come across differences with Desktop/Service times before (timezones etc.) but even if there was a time dependency surely this shouldn't vary between premium to non-premium workspaces?

Update - we have run internal tests and it seems this difference appears on any reports published after 25th September 2020. Currently investigating the September release of PBI to identify any features that could be contributing to issue.
