Data Authentication Credentials for Company Sharepoint

Hi,

 

There is an excel file on my company SharePoint which URL is like https://abc.com.sg/sites/Dept1/test.xlsx

I can access this file in Power BI Desktop and via a browser. It means that my ac has been given the access.

But in Power BI Service, when I try to login Data Credentials, via Oauth2, it doesn't work. Anyone knows the right settings to the below?

    Hi Jay,

     

    Thank you very much! I think I know the reason because I'm connected to a VPN while using the Power BI Desktop and browser so I can connect to the on-prem server.

    Hi meiwah ,

     

    What authentication method you are using in Power BI Desktop?

    And is there any error message while connecting the data source in Power BI Service.
