Dashboards won't open reports when accessed through a link

Hello,

We created multiple dashboards that just serve as visual links to the reports based off of what team you are in, and we have a set of links on a SharePoint list that go back to each of those dashboards. 

When opening a dashboard from one of those links in SharePoint, you can't click on the header of a report to open that report, it flashes the screen for a second and then nothing changes. We get this message in the bottom left "waiting for wabi-US-north-central-h-primary-redirect.analysis.window.net..." when trying to click on the header to open the report in the same instance. I have tried this on Chrome and Edge.

The dashboards work completely fine if used through the workspace or through our app.

Similar issue here. Though we don't have the sharepoint links, most report links either from dashboards or the app navigation don't work and show thes same flash of "waiting for wabi-US..." 

Using the workspace seems OK. Just not in the App service. It has been like this all day, but it seems to be ok for some users and not others.
