When users outside of my organization try to open shared dashboards its opens null. What can i do with it?

The way to fix this is to add external user to you workspace app.
I found another problem. If i try to open direct link to dashboard, even if it my dasboard, i see error message. Maybe it help.

This issue has already been reported on Power BI Issues forum here. And a CRL has been created to the Product Team: CRI 52000822. I will keep an eye on that issue, and post back if there is any update. ![]()

ah yes, so it is now impacted more people, my collegues are seeing the same, no luck yet, i believe its a Power BI issue, nothing on our end.
Hi, I have the same exact problem this morning while it was working before. Is there a bug on the service at the moment ?
The page is grey without any error message. can you check the service ?
