Dashboards open without pages for external users

When users outside of my organization try to open shared dashboards its opens null. What can i do with it?

I found another problem. If i try to open direct link to dashboard, even if it my dasboard, i see error message. Maybe it help.

The way to fix this is to add external user to you workspace app.

This issue has already been reported on Power BI Issues forum here. And a CRL has been created to the Product Team: CRI 52000822. I will keep an eye on that issue, and post back if there is any update.

ah yes, so it is now impacted more people, my collegues are seeing the same, no luck yet, i believe its a Power BI issue, nothing on our end.

Hi, I have the same exact problem this morning while it was working before. Is there a bug on the service at the moment ?

The page is grey without any error message. can you check the service ?
