Dashboards Keep Freezing
Hi All
I have several dashboards being shown on TVs around the business. These dashboards periodically keep freezing and stop updating. The connected datasets are streaming datasets filled through PowerShell
They can sit quiet happy for a couple of hours or a couple of days (and in one case 2 and a half weeks) till they freeze so there is no consistency. Im not prompted for credentials when refreshed so I dont think its a session timeout.
Does anybody else have experience with displaying dashboards on TVs? have you run into this problem>
Problem was the refresh was eating cpu as it has no GPU to render the 4K tv image. Added additional cores and seems fine now

How do you display your reports on TV? Power bi mobile app or web browser with power bi service dashboards?
If you means mobile app, current it support auto refresh for 'one page report slideshow' on windows device(other type of device not supported) :What's new in the mobile apps for Power BI #One page report Slideshow (Windows)

According to your description, you are test with power bi mobile app windows store version right?
AFAIK , current power bi not support auto refresh on mobile app. You can submit an idea for this requirement.Regards,
